Service information on the capability of repair of devices and test systems

While being sold, each of our products is subject to a certain life cycle and therefore a certain service period. It goes from delivery release to termination of production and announcement of discontinuation.

The impact on you as our customer you can see in the following. There, you find a list of all devices and test systems, for which we can offer only limited or no service. This list is being updated regularly, to provide maximum planning reliability for your projects.

 

Devices/test systems for which ZERA can offer limited service

If an electronic device is repairable depends highly on the availability of spare parts. Even after  termination of production ZERA uses every possibility to ensure the supply with spare parts as long as possible.

Some day the time has come, when new spare parts will not be produced and the existing are used up. This is the moment when ZERA cannot offer any service for a device or test system.
