Test case for AC and DC charging stations

The single-phase test case EMOB200-10 is suitable for current measurements up to 80 A (AC) and 200 A (DC). The device is equipped with connectors for Type 1 and CCS 1 plugs. By using the Test meter MT310s2 With battery pack, on-site testing is easy.

Test case & test device in one device

The test device is the standalone test meter from the s2 series (MT310s2 or MT320s2), which can be operated either independently of the EMOB test case or used with any test case from the EMOB series. The test case forms the interface between the charging station and the test meter and ensures safe handling.

Safety features – all suitcases have maximum safety features:

Checking the correct contact of the connected cables

  • Detection of the charging cable type
  • Electromechanical locking of the connected connections

All cases for DC currents (EMOB200-00, -10, EMOB500):

  • Monitoring of DC high-current contacts for overcurrent

EMOB80, EMOB200-00 and -10 and EMOB500:

  • Temperature monitoring of the AC contacts and the DC high-current contacts
    As soon as the predefined temperature is reached, the charging process is automatically shut down. It can only be restarted after the device has cooled down sufficiently.
