Before you are going to send your equipment for servicing to us, please complete our CALL form and send the refilled form to servicemaps on@zera.de. In the following you will receive a CALL number. Please note down the provided CALL number clearly on the package and on your accompanied documents (packing list, proforma invoice, etc.).
